Liquibase (May 2025 - Present)
- Wrote feature documentation and restructured content as part of a platform migration from MadCap Flare to Contentful.
- Used the Contentful API with Node.js to export data and implement large-scale changes, including inserting new JSON objects and fields.

Documented internal systems with the goal of streamlining internal processes for a variety of users, including developers, managers, customer service, and sales.
Wowza Media Systems (Feb 2021 - April 2022)
- Wrote documentation for all three of Wowza’s products, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
- Contributed to API documentation updates using Redocly and GitHub, including GraphQL documentation for ClearCaster.
- Developed jQuery scripts to enhance documentation with features like an improved automatic table of contents, embedded tabs in articles, and modal image zoom displays, then integrated these across the knowledge base.
- Built a Node.js website to stage articles for easy internal and contractor sharing without requiring login.
- Translated the full help library from HTML to Markdown using RegEx for Redocly integration and updated the layout for the new interface.

- Migrated 3,000+ files from Adobe RoboHelp into a custom, headless docs-as-code environment using RegEx to translate HTML files to JSON.
